Policies and terms
Stayzy has several policies and agreements, and you accept each at a different moment: some once when you sign up, some every time you send a booking request. This page sums up what each one covers and when you accept it. The full text always lives on the Stayzy website; this manual does not copy it, because policies can be updated to new versions.
Links to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are also in the bar at the very bottom of every page on the website.
Accepted when you sign up
Section titled “Accepted when you sign up”When you sign up you must tick every policy marked Required. See Sign up.

Accepted when you verify your identity
Section titled “Accepted when you verify your identity”When you upload your ID card or passport, you give consent under Sensitive Data Processing again by ticking the consent box on the form. A summary of the policy is shown under the box. See Identity verification.
Accepted every time you request a booking
Section titled “Accepted every time you request a booking”On the booking request page, the Booking terms section holds three documents. You can read each one through its Read … link, and you must accept all three (tick Agree to all required terms) before you can send the request.

These terms are part of each booking: the version you accepted is recorded with that booking. If they are updated while you are filling in the form, you see The booking terms have been updated. Please read and accept them again.; read the new version and accept it again. See Request to book.
Cookies
Section titled “Cookies”The Cookie Policy explains which cookies the website uses. The first time you open the site, the We use cookies box lets you choose, and you can change it later from Cookie Preferences at the very bottom of any page. See Privacy and your data.
When a policy has a new version
Section titled “When a policy has a new version”When Stayzy updates a policy you have accepted, you are asked to read and accept the new version after you sign in. See Sign in and sign out.
