What is Stayzy

Stayzy (stayzyliving.com) is a platform for mid-term stays in Chiang Mai. You can search furnished homes and condos, read the details, compare options and send a booking request, all in one place. It suits people coming to work, study or stay for a long break. Home and condo owners can list their property to find tenants for the periods it is free.

How long you can stay

• Every stay is at least 30 nights. On Stayzy one month is exactly 30 nights.
• Rent is shown as a monthly price. Owners may set a lower monthly rate for longer stays.
• Each owner decides how far ahead their place can be booked and the longest stay they accept.

All listings on Stayzy are currently in Chiang Mai, the first city we serve.

One account for guests and hosts

You do not need two accounts. The same account works in Guest mode (search and book) and Host mode (list a property and answer booking requests), and you can switch between them at any time. See Guest mode and host mode.

How a booking works

Booking on Stayzy is a “request to book”: the owner decides whether to accept.

1. Search. Pick your check-in and check-out dates and browse places free for that period, or let the Stayzy team find a room for you. See Search for a place and Let the team find a room.

2. Send a request. Fill in the booker details, accept the booking terms and press Send booking request. Nothing is charged at this step. See Request to book.

3. Wait for the owner. The owner accepts or declines within a set time, and you can follow the status throughout. See Track your request.

4. Booking confirmed. As soon as the owner accepts, your booking is confirmed and appears in My bookings.

Note

Stayzy does not take online payments yet. Once a booking is confirmed, rent and the security deposit follow the booking terms you accepted when you sent the request.

Verify your identity before booking or listing

Before you can send a booking request or list a property, you verify your identity once with a Thai national ID card or a passport, and our team checks the document. See Identity verification.
